We want you to love your new purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return full-priced items for a Natali The Label store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Items must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
- Returns are for store credit only — we don’t offer refunds or exchanges.
- Sale and final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All return requests must be lodged through our online returns portal before sending your item back.
Care Instructions
Care Instructions
We recommend a cold, gentle machine wash with a natural detergent. Wash with like colours. Line dry flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry and do not iron — bamboo is naturally crease-resistant.
To refresh, simply steam or hang in the bathroom while showering to release creases.

I wrote a review on the black Alexa pants some two months ago and my experience of inconsistent sizing. These were much larger than the leopard pair I bought in the exact same style. Natali the Label replied to that review on their website offering their help and support. I thought that was great and so sent images of the two pairs of pants showing the measurements and disparity in sizing as they requested. I never heard anything back. I emailed again in case they were simply busy but still haven’t heard from them. They made a public offer to fix the problem and then reneged privately by ignoring me. I have come to the conclusion that the reply to my review on the website was purely designed to try and counteract negative feedback and they had no intention of making good on their offer. What a letdown. It feels a little dishonest to me. I won’t be ordering from Natali again because they don’t stand by their word. If I could give a business zero stars, I would award it to this one.

The black Alexa pants in an 18 disappointed me. I have the same pants in the leopard print, also in an 18, and they are perfect. I loved the look, feel and fit of the leopard Alexa pants so much, I bought the same in black. I ripped the tag off and put them straight on, only to realise too late, that they are 1 to 2 sizes bigger! There is so much extra fabric around the crotch, they’re basically unwearable for me. They’ve either been mislabeled or measured incorrectly and this is a shame, because everything else I’ve ordered from Natali has been on point.
