Shipping & Delivery

We know how exciting it is to receive your new pieces, and we’ll always do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse and, unless otherwise noted as a pre-order, will be dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.


Australia

Standard Delivery

Flat rate: $12.99 AUD

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days after dispatch

Express Delivery

Flat rate: $16.99 AUD

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Please note: Express refers to the time from dispatch, not from when you place your order.


New Zealand

Standard Delivery

Flat rate: $20 AUD

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Any local taxes, duties or import fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is returned due to unpaid import charges, we’re unable to offer a refund.


International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.

Please note: Shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico is temporarily unavailable due to postal service changes. We’ll resume as soon as services are reinstated.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order pieces are processed like any other order but will be shipped once they arrive at our Sydney warehouse. We’ll email you as soon as they’re on their way.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock pieces, we recommend placing them separately so your ready-to-ship items aren’t delayed.


A Few Important Things

  • All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weekends, weather events, or postal delays beyond our control.
  • Once your parcel is handed over to Australia Post, they’re the best contact for tracking updates.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
  • If no one is home at delivery, Australia Post will leave a collection card and redirect your parcel to the nearest post office.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address.
  • Νatali The Label is not liable for parcels lost, stolen or delayed once they are with the carrier.
