Each Mystery Pack is pre-assembled and styles are selected at random.To preserve the surprise experience, packs cannot be customised, altered, or requested by style, colour, or print.

2. Pack Contents

Each pack includes 3 Natali styles.Styles may include a mix of silhouettes, colours, and/or prints from across the collection, including current or past releases.

3. Final Sale

Due to the special pricing of this offer, Mystery Packs are final sale.They cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for change of mind, sizing preferences, or style preferences.

4. Multiple Pack Purchases

If purchasing more than one Mystery Pack, please note that duplicate styles may occur.Variation across packs cannot be guaranteed.

New Zealand Delivery

• Flat rate shipping $20 AUD — dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually arrives in 5–10 business days.

We’re delighted to offer international shipping to selected countries, with rates calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and local customs.

We want you to love your new purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return full-priced items for a Natali The Label store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• Items must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
• Returns are for store credit only — we don’t offer refunds or exchanges.
• Sale and final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• All return requests must be lodged through our online returns portal before sending your item back.

VIEW FULL RETURNS POLICY

We recommend a cold, gentle machine wash with a natural detergent. Wash with like colours. Line dry flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry and do not iron — bamboo is naturally crease-resistant.
To refresh, simply steam or hang in the bathroom while showering to release creases.
