SHIPPING

Love it. Want it. Need it. When can I get it?

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY:

  • Free standard delivery on all orders over $200.
  • STANDARD SHIPPING COST: A $12.99 flat rate shipping fee applies for all orders under $200.
  • STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES: Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, shipping may take 3-8 business days.
EXPRESS DELIVERY:
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING COST:  Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $16.99.
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING TIMES: Express Orders will still be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please note, express shipping does not mean your order will be received overnight from time of order, it means once your order is processed it is shipped express. Once dispatched, shipping may take 1-3 business days.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    • Local taxes or import/custom duties are the responsibility of the customer in the destination country.

     

    GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

    • Please allow 1-3 days for the Natali The Label team to process and dispatch your orders from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
    • Delivery times above are a guideline and may vary on your location, public holidays, weekends, environmental circumstances and other circumstances out of Natali The Label's control. Please allow extra time for your delivery to arrive. We thank you for your understanding when shipping delays are out of our control.
    • All orders are final. Once placed shipping cannot be cancelled.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is sent.
    • If an address is unattended, an attempted delivery card will be left at the address, and your parcel will be redirected to the nearest Post Office.
    • If delivery is being made to a business address, the name of the business is required. Without this information, Australia Post is unable to deliver your parcel.
    • Due to the volume of orders we receive every day, we do not combine orders or make alterations once the order has been placed. This is to minimise mistakes.
    • It is the customers responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address. If an address is entered incorrectly and as a result delivered to the wrong address Natali The Label will not issue a refund or replacement. If you do enter the wrong shipping address please contact us immediately at hello@natalithelabel.com so that we can attempt to rectify the issue for you.
    • Please be advised that Natali The Label does not have control over your order once this is with Australia Post. Should you have any concerns in relation to time frames or items being left at the property, you will need to make contact with Australia Post.
    • Natali The Label is not responsible for items lost, stolen or delayed in transit. In the unfortunate case that your package may be delayed or lost, we encourage you to contact Australia Post as a first option.
    • If you have continued issues with the delivery of your parcel, please contact hello@natalithelabel.com
    • Shipping fees do not include local taxes or import/custom duties or any other additional costs for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure if any applicable taxes or charges will be associated with you order we recommend contacting your local customs office. If such charges are applicable to your order and you do not wish to pay them Natali The Label will not issue a refund or reimbursement for your order.
