As our valued customer, in the instance you decide your new outfit isn’t right and you need to return one of your items due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your parcel, in exchange for a Natali The Label gift card to the value of your return, valid for 12 months. (Not available for items purchased on sale).

Please note that we do not offer refunds. A refund will only be offered in the unlikely event that a product is faulty. All other returns will be issued with a gift voucher, valid for 12 months to the value of the item providing that the item returned meets our strict returns policy guidelines. We highly recommend returning your items in a trackable satchel with a reputable carrier as Natali The Label will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. If this issue arises all enquiries should be directed to your chosen postal service. Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer. By processing your payment through our online system you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of our return policy so please have a read prior to returning your garments.
Return Shipping Costs
Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Natali The Label is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. We recommend sending the item via a traceable delivery method and that you keep a record of your tracking number. If you are returning an item due to a fault we will reimburse you the cost of return shipping once the item has arrived back to us and been confirmed faulty.
For items within Australia: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your delivery. For items shipped outside of Australia: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once they have been received. We endeavour to process as soon as possible however please allow 5-7 business days at most. Please check tracking to make sure your return has been received prior to contacting our customer care.You will be contacted via email once your return has been processed and your gift voucher to the value of the returned item has been issued. Please check junk mail, sometimes we sneak in there.
Returned items meeting return policy criteria will be issued a gift voucher, valid for 12 months to the value of the returned item. Customers will be issued a gift card for all approved items and will be emailed to the same email address you provide on your order.Please note we are unable to offer exchanges. As our quantities are small and limited, sometimes by the time we receive returned items for exchange we have sold out of the item. We will not offer exchanges to avoid disappointment. A gift voucher cannot be used to cover shipping costs.

If you are after a different size, please place a new order for it through the website.
Faulty or Damaged Products:
Natali The Label packages each item with love prior to it being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that appears faulty, or is not as described when purchased please contact our team at email@example.com immediately and return the item within 7 days to be assessed for a replacement or refund.
Please do not discard the original swing tags and packaging.
It is the consumers responsibility to check each item prior to wearing or washing for any faults. Garments that have been worn or washed and then later returned will not be issued a refund.
It is the customers responsibility to inspect their items for any faults prior to this time frame lapsing.
We require proof of any faulty items in the email (e.g. photos of the fault when you receive your item).
Please note there may be slight colour variations in your product due to individual monitor settings. This is not considered a fault.
In the case of a faulty item after it has been assessed, we will replace the garment and cover the costs of return postage. If there is no inventory to replace the garment, we will refund you the cost of the item and return postage costs in full.
Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company to deem what is or is not a faulty item.
Please ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, and has the tags still attached before returning to us.
Any refunds will be processed via the original payment method when you placed your order.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.
Items purchased from our sale section are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted for sale items. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Please choose carefully and refer to our garment specific measurements to ensure the correct size for you. If a sale item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will gladly refund you in full. Any sale items returned will not be returned to sender.
Items purchased during flash sale periods are included under this sale policy so please ensure you choose your item(s) carefully.
Wrong size / Change of mind:
We will happily offer a gift voucher for change of mind or incorrect size provided time frame and all other factors of return policy have been met. Please note no exchange or store credit will be offered for wrong size / change of mind on sale items. All original labels and tags must still be attached to the item. Once your item has been received by us and deemed to meet all return policy factors a gift voucher will be offered. This will not include shipping charges. Shipping charges will be additional at your expense.
Please inspect accessories upon purchase. There is no exchange / return available for bags and accessories.
E-Gift Cards can not be returned
Only one discount code can be used per order.
If you have an existing code during a sale period, unfortunately only one can be honoured - so it is up to you to decide which ones to use.
If you forget to use the code or credit in your order, we are unable to refund/credit the difference to amend this.
Discount codes cannot be honoured outside their given time frame.
Conditions of Return:
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before sending your return. Please note that your return item will be sent back to you if it does not fit within our Returns Policy and we will be unable to issue a gift card. You may be charged by Australia Post for the return postage to collect your item/s back.
The goods are returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
All returned items must be received in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. Items that have been worn will be ineligible for exchange or store credit.
Item(s) is not damaged, soiled, stained (make-up, fake tan included) or altered in any way (includes no visible pet hair).
Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
Please be mindful and send all returned items back in their original condition and fold neatly to reduce creasing. Please package it well and be respectful that we are a small company. Your return will find a new loving owner, so please help us save time and please preserve the original packaging of the clothing as much as possible, as well as reuse postage items where possible to reduce consumption.
