Returns

We want you to love your new purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return full-priced items for a Natali The Label store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Items must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
  • Returns are for store credit only — we don’t offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Sale and final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All return requests must be lodged through our online returns portal before sending your item back.

Care Instructions

We recommend a cold, gentle machine wash with a natural detergent. Wash with like colours. Line dry flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry and do not iron — bamboo is naturally crease-resistant.
To refresh, simply steam or hang in the bathroom while showering to release creases.
