Returns

We want you to love your new purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return full-priced items for a Natali The Label store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Items must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
Returns are for store credit only — we don’t offer refunds or exchanges.
Sale and final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All return requests must be lodged through our online returns portal before sending your item back.

Care Instructions

We recommend a cold, gentle machine wash with a natural detergent. Wash with like colours. Line dry flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry and do not iron — bamboo is naturally crease-resistant.
To refresh, simply steam or hang in the bathroom while showering to release creases.
