Returns

We understand that buying clothing online is convenient, but it doesn’t always give you the chance to try things on. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, you can return full-priced items for a Natali The Label store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

We keep things simple and stress-free, so you can shop with confidence every time.


How to Make a Return

To start a return, please go to our return portal here.

  1. Go through the steps in the portal
  2. Get your label and ship the item back to us
  3. Once delivered back to us, we will process your return and send you your store credit or exchange item.

 


Return Conditions

  • Items must be received by us within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
  • Items must be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, fake tan, pet hair, or any marks.
  • Items returned in unsellable condition will be sent back at your expense.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you purchased redo when you checked out they will cover your label, otherwise you will be able to buy your label through the return portal.


Sale Items

All items purchased on sale or during flash-sale events are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless deemed faulty. Please check measurements and sizing guides carefully before purchasing sale items.


Processing & Store Credit

  • Please allow 5–7 business days from when we receive your parcel for your return to be processed.
  • We’ll send you an email confirming your return has been processed.
  • Your store credit will then be available on your account when you log in with the same email used for your order (no code required). Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email hello@natalithelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include a clear photo of the issue.

If confirmed faulty, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund if stock is unavailable. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • General wear and tear or damage from incorrect washing is not considered a fault.
  • Slight colour variations due to screen settings are not considered faults.

Accessories & E-Gift Cards

For hygiene reasons, accessories (including headbands, scrunchies, and bags) cannot be returned or exchanged. E-Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
